Minimum order quantities depend on the print method. Direct to Film (DTF) printing starts from a minimum of 10 items. This is our main service and the method used for all orders placed through our online catalogue. Direct to Garment (DTG) printing, screen printing and embroidery each require a minimum of 50 items.

All orders placed through our online catalogue are produced using Direct to Film (DTF) printing. DTF is our primary service and is suitable for a wide range of garments and designs. Minimum order is 10 items.

No. The minimum for DTF printing, which covers all online catalogue orders, is 10 items. For DTG printing, screen printing and embroidery, the minimum is 50 items. If you need a smaller quantity for a specific reason, please contact us directly to discuss your options.

Yes. You can mix sizes to reach the minimum. For example, for a DTF order you could order 3 small, 4 medium and 3 large to reach the 10 item minimum. Each size counts toward the total.

Yes. We can supply a wide range of blank apparel and workwear through our supplier network. This helps ensure the garments are suitable for printing or decoration.

In some cases, yes. However, we need to inspect or approve the garments first. Not all fabrics and products are suitable for heat, embroidery or printing. Customer supplied garments are accepted only after confirmation.

The best file type depends on the print method. In general, high resolution PNG, PDF, SVG, AI or EPS files are preferred. If you are unsure, send us what you have and we will check the file.

Yes. We can help check, prepare or improve artwork for production. If you only have a rough idea, we can also guide you on what is needed before printing.

Yes. We can print or decorate your logo on suitable apparel, workwear, uniforms and promotional products. For the best result, we recommend supplying a high quality logo file.

Low quality artwork can affect the final print result. If your file is too small, blurry or not suitable for production, we will let you know and recommend the best way to fix it before printing.

No. The garment price shown in our catalogue is the base cost of the blank garment only. Each print location you add costs an additional $5.00 per unit.

Every print location you select adds $5.00 per unit to the order. For example, if you add a front print and a back print to a T shirt, your unit price increases by $10.00.

Standard T shirts and crew necks support up to 2 print locations: front and back. Zip hoodies and other split-front garments support up to 3 print locations: left chest, right chest, and back. Each location costs $5.00 per unit.

The garment price depends on the product type and the quantity ordered. Larger orders attract lower unit prices. Print charges are added on top at $5.00 per location, regardless of quantity.

You can request a quote by sending us your artwork, product type, quantity, print locations and any other important details. The more information you provide, the more accurate the quote will be.

Production time depends on the product, decoration method, order size, artwork approval and current workload. We will confirm the estimated production time when quoting your job.

Urgent orders may be possible depending on the job, stock availability and production schedule. Please contact us as early as possible so we can check what can be done.

Yes. Pickup may be available by appointment from our Hornsby studio. Please wait for confirmation before visiting, as all pickups must be arranged in advance.
